How does my Vyoo subscription work?

Each new customer will receive free (paying only shipping) 20 daily contact lenses to test our lenses for 10 days. Your subscription will start 10 days after you apply for the free trial. Your subscription can be changed or stopped at any time by the ¨my subscription ότητα section.

We offer three subscription options for the monthly supply of lenses (60 lenses): every 4 weeks, or every 6 or 8 weeks. The cost is 27 euros for each package of 60 lenses plus shipping costs. The credit card you used to sign up will be used for future subscription charges. You can change your card details by selecting "My Subscription".

How can I change my subscription?

You can change your subscription options by logging in to your account and selecting the ¨My subscription¨ section. You can change when the next package of your subscription will be sent, the points on the lenses we send you, the delivery and payment information, how often we send you your lenses, or cancel your subscription.

Where can I find my degrees of myopia or hyperopia?

In the box of your lenses you should see the following

The plus sign "+" indicates hyperopia

The symbol minus - indicates myopia

What do I do if my myopia levels change?

No problem, you can change your grade information from the ¨My subscription¨ section.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account and selecting a cancellation in the ¨My Subscription εν section. If you have too many lenses you do not have to cancel your subscription - you can also change the frequency of delivery to match your wearing habits.

Do you pronounce lenses for astigmatism or presbyopia?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer lenses for astigmatism or presbyopia. We work to develop the range of products we offer and we hope to be able to serve all the needs for the various types of contact lenses in the near future.

What can I do if I do not wear contact lenses every day?

You can easily change the sending frequency of your lenses through the "My Subscription" section. The options we offer are the following:

Every 4 weeks - for daily use
Every 6 weeks - for day to day use
Every 8 weeks - for day to day use

What is the return policy?

Vyoo accepts returns of all monthly packages up to 30 days from the date of shipment, as long as the box of 30 daily contact lenses is not opened or worn. As a medical product we can not accept it back if it is opened or worn.

When will I receive the first monthly subscription package?

The first monthly subscription package will be sent 10 days after the trial subscription package. Your subscription will be automatically renewed every 26 days if you have opted for a monthly subscription either every 40 days or every 56 days if you have chosen to have your lenses sent to you for 6 or 8 weeks respectively. You can change the sending frequency of your lenses from the ¨My subscription¨ section.

How can I change the shipping date of my lenses?

You can change when the next Vyoo package will be sent to you by logging in to your account and selecting one of the shipping options in the ¨My Subscription¨ section. Note, the options we provide are shipping dates and not delivery.

Can I use the prescription I have for my glasses to order lenses?

No, the prescription for contact lenses is different from the prescription for eyeglasses. This is because the glasses sit about 12 mm in front of the eyes while the contact lenses are in contact with the eye. If you do not have a prescription for contact lenses we recommend that you see an optician or ophthalmologist.

Where are my card details stored?

The card details of all our customers are stored exclusively by the partner company EveryPay. Recognizing the importance of the security of electronic payments, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 Government Gazette B 3010 / 25-7-2018), and manages transaction data securely card payments, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card security management standard. Everypay is certified to the Card Transaction Security (PCI DSS) standard, and is subject to periodic inspections by a specialist consulting firm. All Everypay services are provided through secure connections with 256 bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports 3D Secure, an additional security feature for VISA, MasterCard, Diners & Discover cards. Where are Vyoo contact lenses made?

Vyoo contact lenses are manufactured in Malaysia in a factory that meets all European standards (CE) in terms of safety and protection of health and the environment, as well as other international standards such as the FDA of the United States. The factory we currently use exports lenses to 36 countries including the United States, United Kingdom, France.

What material are Vyoo contact lenses made of?

VYOO daily contact lenses are made of Omalficon A (42%) and water (58%)

Are Vyoo contact lenses approved by the European Union?

Yes, Vyoo contact lenses have the CE marking indicating that a product has been tested by the manufacturer and is considered to meet European safety and health and environmental standards.


 

When and how will my lenses be shipped?

We will send you your lenses within two working days from the date of order. In Attica we cooperate with mycouriernow and for the rest of Greece with the ACS courier.

What is the Product Delivery Policy?

SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS WITHIN GREECE
The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be sent to you at the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form.

Shipping costs and Shipping Method are listed separately in the Order Basket.

BLUE VISION IKE reserves the right to change the shipping cost without any information.

Within Attica we deliver your order in 2-3 working days and in the rest of Greece in 3-5 working days from the confirmation of your order (except Saturday, Sunday, holidays and strikes).

In all cases:

Order placed on Friday after 15:00 is received and executed by our company on Monday.
Product receipts are not made from the offices or warehouses of our company.
